Phoenix

A phoenix rises from ashes and to ashes it goes back.
A creature of pride, valour, and principles, such is the phoenix.
Bathed in flames, it reigns over the birds, proving its royalty, and value through bringing about a flourishing era.
But as all entities have their strong points, they have weaknesses as well.
A phoenix, is prideful, and it follows a strict set of principles, but nobody can ascertain if those principles are righteous, or fair.
More often than not, phoenixes are greedy, and they hoard just as many treasures, as the dragons that hey oh, so loath, and mock.
But a phoenix is a divine bird nonetheless, many covet their treasures, but even more covet their secrets, and their bodies.
A phoenix is a living being of the realm, just like any other, one can’t say if it’s an auspicious or ominous beast, as long as one doesn’t speak with one.
